  2. Lift/elevator are not available in any property in Shillong & Arunachal Pradesh.
  3. All hotel/guest house/home stay/resort – having a neat & clean western-style attached toilet & bathroom with geyser & shower.
  4. In-house laundry/hair dryer/tea/coffee maker are not available.
  5. In Arunachal Pradesh, all rooms having a heater, not available room air conditioner due to cold zone.
  6. In Meghalaya, room heater & room air conditioner are not available.
  7. In this tourist area, maximum hotel/guest house/home stay/resort are run by unskilled manpower,
    where maximum 3 to 4 staff in a property, those who take care of property & provide room services. Room service timing from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  8. In-house restaurant/kitchen are available, but there is no professional chef available.
    Local food maker cook the food such as steam rice/roti/dal fry/butter dal/dal makhani/
